Face Your Self® holistic school of teachings is designed to empower and guide you to open the pathways to a life of authentic joy and happiness.
Face Your Self® programs are based on the idea that YOU are part of the process - always with the true, natural you in mind. One must look within to bring about change and transformation. Only when you are honest and at peace with your self can you transform your life for the better. There is an obligation for each individual on the planet Earth to know themselves and to be a better human; to live authentically with the laws of nature. It is then that the sacred science of magic will be gifted to you.
With each active learning experience, students will explore both inner and outer worlds as they gain a better understanding of their true self. Classes will offer students the opportunity for group dialogue, nature experiences and role-playing along with many transformational tools to take with them to use in their everyday life.

The Secret To A Happy Life

Introductory course created for everyone
Affirmations, visualizations and prayer all work, yet…happiness eludes many of us. Why?
The secret to a happy life is a happy home. Our real nature is happiness. Man has infinite potential when his mind, breadth and actions are connected. This program of study is an exploration of self and how that self is affected and effected by our thinking and beliefs, by the interactions with people in our lives and by the laws of nature to which we all live.
Witness your own blocks, fears and hurts by separating and detaching yourself from your emotional identity, your mind’s thoughts and your own physical body. See your true nature as a timeless, joyful being that is compassionate and loving in creation. When you recognize the learned belief systems that may be blocking your goals and work with the tools offered to you in this uniquely, loving approach to happiness, magic will happen in your life. Health, wealth and joy are your birthright, the foundation for the Face Your Self® holistic school of teachings.
Students will be introduced to the seven Hermetic Principles, the I Ching and Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. And through nature walks, guided meditations, the written word and artistic expression, together we will begin to investigate the frontiers of self and “the rivers and paths” that connect us all.

Face Your Self®:
A Powerful System for Transforming Inner and Outer Space
10-day program. Two five-day sessions.
Tune in to your Inner/Outer space connection. Remove inner blocks and fears in order to open the pathways to joy.
For all ages with the exception of young children and teens.
Life changes are more effective when we address our "inner" space in conjunction with our "outer" space. This unique and life changing process is a ten day intensive rooted in the Face Your Self® school of teachings which exquisitely integrates the principles of feng shui with powerful, effective and practical tools for personal transformation. It offers a strong framework for looking at your own life and your own space. This program provides an essential foundation for anyone working with others.

Face Your Self® Leadership Workshop
2-day program (weekend retreat)
Working on your own self is the foundation for working with, motivating and leading others.
This program is designed for: Politicians, Business Leaders, Educators, Entrepreneurs, Doctors, Clergy, Holistic Therapists, Coaches, Reformers/Activists, Military, Parents.

Learn how to cultivate a tranquil mind and recognize core situations. Connect with your heart, the "fire" energy of our bodies. When the two are in harmony one can achieve great things. Learn how to cut out all falseness and conditioned ideas. One, who conquers their mind and knows their self is truly great, for they will be earnest, contented and be able to lead others.

Empowerment Workshops

Face Your Self® Who is In Control — You, Technology or the Bullies?©
For Teens, 2-3 hour program
Who is in control? Get to know your self.
For Teens/Students, Young Children, and Parents.
There are two parallel universes: One that is virtual and one with real-life demands — you are a natural being — not separate from nature. When you bridge the two you are brilliant. When your mind is open and receptive it can absorb knowledge very quickly. Learn tools to keep the mind unoccupied, receptive and loose otherwise, the mind becomes like a monkey — jumping from here to there and not settling anywhere. Are you on Facebook, Twitter, talking and texting on the phone with a friend or two AND listening to music AND trying to do your homework???
Behavioral Objectives:
• To cultivate attention spans with games and easy non-religious meditations • To learn how to focus on one task at a time. It really is ok not to multi-task all the time. • To relearn the story of the Three Little Pigs and the possible results of immediate gratification. What does it mean to invest in the future? • To learn the game of "Stop" — how to get off the spinning wheel to take a breath and know yourself. How to take your own time out. How to take stock in yourself. Your brain needs time to process and synthesize information and make connections between ideas and even to develop a sense of self. • Learn a balanced approach with powerful tools necessary to compete and succeed in modern life. • To live from a place of compassion, trust and inner strength. Realize that bullies are people who may be insecure. • To learn to like — even love yourself — the good, the bad and the ugly. • Learn that everything is in constant change. To be happy now, for if you are good now that will lead you to being good in your future.
Each student will receive a Face Your Self® Mirror and Frame.
Face Your Self®: Create a Face — Any Face
For Elementary Age and Young Adults to Teens, 2-hour program
Using all natural Face Your Self® Skin Care and Face Make-Up, students will create different faces and by doing so, learn that no matter what face we have, we all are the same. Working with Face Your Self® Mirrors and Frames students will bring home a tool to remind them that they are lovely and brilliant just the way they are.
Students will learn about masks from different countries. • Students will create faces of emotions — to understand that we all experience the same emotions and to understand what causes certain emotions. • Students will paint a friends face — practicing care and developing their thought process of what they want to intentionally create. • Students will write words of their own choice around the perimeter of the mirrors and frames that will inspire them and remind them of their true nature.
Face Your Self®: If You Were An Apple What Color Would You Be?©
For Elementary Age to Teens, 1-2-hour program
Behavioral Objective:
Students will develop free expression and thinking outside the box — empowering their own creative voice.
With finger paints, crayons and pencils on paper, children will
• Create a house — any shape (a tree, round under the earth, etc)
• Draw an apple — using their favorite color
• Learn about colors — primary, secondary — how to mix colors
• Go outside and find different "natural" colors
• Draw a cow with "different spots."
Yin/Yang Retreat

Face Your Self®: The Yin/Yang Retreat
When you know yourself you will be enlightened. This retreat is for anyone
looking for more balance in their lives or to reconnect back to their “self.”
You are invited to an extraordinary space in time to consider what you want in your life and to plant those seeds of intention in your heart and mind. Let go of old patterns, habits and beliefs. Eat simple, vegan foods of whole grains, assorted fruits, nuts and seasonal vegetables that purify and nourish you and allow your mind, emotions and body space to heal. Enjoy early morning daily meditation lakeside and afternoon hatha yoga in the woods. Mindfulness practices and exercises to enhance your awareness will be offered as a class before lunch. There will be times for silence and putting pen to paper. Times for singing, dancing, rock painting and poetry. There is ample space to walk with nature and time for reflection. Learn a bit about gardening herbs and edible plants. All are welcome to participate. Complete the day with evening talks around the fire discussing nutrition, lifestyle, health, thankfulness and joy. Wherever you go, you face your self — why not do it with love, compassion and joy?
